​Your order will be delivered via Australia Post, Express Post. You can track your order online easily. Your signature may be requested upon delivery. 

Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

We take great pride in our reputation for quality garments and excellent customer service. We reserve the right to not issue refunds for change of mind.

 

In all cases, the original purchase receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.

RETURN POLICIES

full-priced items

We can provide an exchange or Credit Note for full-priced items where; 

  • The goods are in their original packaging, with all tags attached and still intact.

  • The goods have not been worn, altered, damaged, washed or dry cleaned.

  • The goods are received into our PO Box within 7 business days from the date of despatch for online, or the date of purchase for retail.

After careful review of your item, we will only provide a refund for items that are:

  • Faulty (unless caused by you).

  • Have been wrongly described.

  • Are different to the goods that you ordered.

*It is important to note that Credit Notes do not expire.

Please consider Sale and/or discounted purchases carefully, as we DO NOT offer exchange, refunds or credit notes on these items unless the merchandise is faulty or wrongly described. 

Please note, this policy will also apply to customised or pre-ordered garments at all times, whether on sale or not.

Discount vouchers or offers can only be redeemed once, and apply to the original RRP price. Please note it does not apply as a further discount to an already discounted price unless specified in the offer. Any offers can only be redeemed once by any one customer and cannot be transferred. Once this discount offer has been applied once, this purchase will be classified as a 'Sale' item by us, and the exchange and refund terms that apply to sale items, as set out in the above paragraph, will apply, so please choose carefully.

If it is agreed by both parties, and an exchange can take place, the customer shall agree that the discount voucher initially applied to the original purchase, once redeemed, will not apply or transfer to the exchanged garment price. Any difference in price will be charged to the customer. Only Credit Notes- no refunds will be issued if the exchange garment is of lesser value (at its current retail price without voucher discount applied) Please note that Credit Notes do not expire.

BYBL by BETTINA LIANO reserve the right to repair or replace faulty items where applicable. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

All returns must be received to BYBL by BETTINA LIANO retail boutique with proof of purchase, within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Returns received after this period will not be accepted. Once the item/s claimed have been received into our office, you will be notified of the outcome via email within 7 business days.

If a refund is approved, it can take up to 30 days to receive your refund. Merchant and bank fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer. 

 

Return postage costs are at the customer’s expense unless published otherwise. We will refund the return postage cost if BYBL by BETTINA LIANO is found at fault, as specified above

 

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE ORDER

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed upon request in writing to: info.bybettinaliano@gmail.com

A Gift Voucher will not expire, however, once purchased, can only be redeemed in exchange for merchandise labelled BYBL by Bettina Liano.

Strictly no cash refund can be issued.

A Credit Note will be issued for any unredeemed balance.

Please note that Credit Notes do not expire.

No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen vouchers.

Gift vouchers can also be redeemed when physically presented at a BYBL boutique store.

A Gift Voucher can only be applied when the order number and name is quoted, and providing the voucher has not already been redeemed, prior, according to our records

 

 

 

ONLINE DISCOUNT CODES

These type of online discount offers will expire in 30 days from date of issue. These discounts may only be calculated from the original full price of an item. Which ever amount is greater can be applied. These discounts can not be redeemed on Credit Notes or Gift Vouchers.
